Brian Kennedy: A Conversation with Candidate for El Paso Mayor

The elections were on November 5th and with no mayoral candidate receiving at least 50% of the vote in El Paso, there is a runoff.  Brian Kennedy is one of the two remaining candidates and comes to the KELP studio to share his vision for El Paso and its future.
